Leadership Team

Wendy Henderson is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of Motrex LLC, a shared services provider that specializes in finance, accounting, procurement, employee health & safety, compliance, quality, human resource management, logistics management and information technology. She is responsible for directing Human Resources activities across the company’s operations, including talent management, leadership and organizational development, payroll, compensation and benefits as well as employee relations. 

Ms. Henderson joined the company in 2016 from AGL Resources where she served as Vice President, Human Resources, and Vice President, Total Rewards. Prior to AGL Resources, Ms. Henderson held various senior management positions in human resources and total rewards at Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc., Arby’s Restaurant Group, and RTM Restaurant Group. 

Ms. Henderson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management from the University of Georgia and holds a Master of Science in Business from Georgia State University.

She served on the Atlanta Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors from 2019-2022.
